Question:

I have clients in many countries. Are you able to complete listings for majour countries as well as small?

Answer:

Yes, absolutely. We serve all major coutries such as UK, Australie, Canada etc.
We're also happy to submit to a list you provide us. Simply let us know in the 'Any Special Instructions For Us' area when you order. You may also want to check out the our country specifik directory submissions, which are country targeted. See it here.

Question:

What happens if a listing already exist on a website you submit to and I did not pick the double check option?

Answer:

It would depend on the webside. On some citation websites, we could proceed with the submission, and you may end up with two listings, which may cause some confusion with potential clients. On other citation websites, the submission process wil disallow the submission, and we will note that and proceed to the next one. If you are in doubt, we will recommend doing the double check, as NAP (name adress phone number).
Consistency across local citations websites is an important ranking factor for Google Maps.

Question:

What if I just want to deal the local listings without the picture or video, but with double check?

Answer:

If it's very important to you, let us knpw and we'll set up a seperate option for you. We can highly recommend getting the picture/video though, as that is also an important tanking factor. If you care to pay to increase NAP consistency through double checking, why not also pay to make sure that the profile is as complete as possible?

Question:

Do you include claiming the listings?

Answer:

Sure. We will fill out the information on Google, Bing, Mapquest, etc. as fully as possible. We'll pick the postcard option and provide you with all account login information. You can either fill that in when you/your client gets the postcard, or let us know and we can do it for you. If you like us to handle phone verification and give us access to the phone number, let us know and we can set up a process/pricing that works.

Question:

Do you optimize the listings?

Answer:

With the enhanced service, we attempt to be as thorough as possible. We'll fill in the profile information, upload as many pictures and videos as possible, fill out all data like business hours, categories, etc. It is our goal that the profiles are completed exactly the way you'd like.

Question:

Can I pick the local listing sites that I'd like to submit to?

Answer:

Sure, absolutely. You can provide us any list that you'd like. Please note though that if the webside does not take submissions, or has a technical error, we mark it as such and it wil count as a submission (since it takes the same amount of time to submit to a known website as to a website looking for the submission link and attempt the submission).

Question:

In how many of the places will I see my profile updated? Do you guys always make sure that the submission is accepted?

Answer:

Our normal packages listed on the page cover just the submission portion. For local citation sites that instantly create or update a listing, we will give you the published link (typically around 30-50% of all the local citations websites support instant approval/updates). For the remaining portion, we will provide all login information and locations submitted to, so that you can verify the work.

If you'd like us to go through an order and check up on all links, just place an order for the regular local citations work and let us know in the "Any Special Instructions For Us" area, and we will go through and provide a report for you.

Infographic Creation

Infographics are a great way to visually represent the value of your
business. A well-made infographic can be invaluable for hooking your
client's interest, conveying the main points of your business, and, in some
cases, even going viral.

Our Infographic Creation Service will create an image that you can use to explain your
business or services in a nice, clean fashion. The resulting graphic will have 8-10 clear
points (or a similar amount of information) displayed in a visually-stimulating way.

Our service comes in two flavors: With or without research. With research, we simply
need you to provide us your business and any specific information you'd like us to focus
on. From there, we will create the major information points and write out exactly what
will be on the graphic. Likewise, the "without research" option allows you to provide us
the exact verbiage you'd like to be included on the graphic.

We will take those 8-10 points and represent them verbatim on the final product. That
finalized graphic will come in a high quality image file (like a png) as well as an editable
source file (like a psd).
